Oceans Addicts and award-winning fitness leader Cheryl Willie have teamed up to bring this exciting new fitness venture to the Coast.
Everyone loves SUP and we get huge fitness benefits especially for the core from paddle boarding.
For all round fitness, we also need strength and conditioning and this is where the Boot Camp fun kicks in!
Cheryl promises fun-filled sessions for everyone, from beginners to advanced.  Your one hour workout will feature SUP and a variety of exercises designed to get you fitter, more toned and more flexible.
If you have never paddled before, no worries as we can get you up on your feet in no time.  (It really is easier than it looks!)
We will take into account any medical conditions and injuries to ensure safe, effective workouts for all.
SUP Boot Camp starts this Saturday, Sep 13 with a 7am FREE come and try session.  You can use your own board, or hire one from us for $5.
Regular sessions will be held from Monday September 15 on Mondays at 6am and 9.30am, Fridays at 6am and Saturdays at 7am – rain hail or shine!
